Oh definitely! They should just go all out and make it so that the gear you equip your soldiers with effects their webbing and backpacks;

  • Ammo pouches to fit the weapon type you’re using,
  • Equiping a pistol adds a appropriate pistol holster,
  • Varying holsters/mountings for your choice of melee weapon,
  • Flask on the belt if the soldier has a flask equiped,
  • Binoculars hanging off the neck if one is equiped,
  • Wearing a backpack should be the determining factor if your soldier is, you know, wearing a backpack.

yes these are, sucks that they have made 10 of new faces and voicelines just for 2 squads.

I’m dying for a Italian Campaign; Invasion of Sicily (landings or inland), Anzio landings, Monte Casino, Gothic Line Offensive… together with a Italy-Commonwealth focused update (to make them fully fledged and equal members of their own factions, true subfaction options).

I live in hope.

I’ve heard talk about it, but I’m not sitting on a source for it, seems to be another one of those promises they made and are hoping people will forget about, like expanding upon custom battles options to ban weapons or vehicles…

the chinese voicelines are years old and are copied directly from the chinese version of enlisted with golden guns and purchasable legacy squads and stuff

on a semi related note, i would like to see the body armor from the premium motorbike squad integrated more generally into the JP faction

can at least restrict it to assaulter and riflemen squads only if people are gonna be butthurt about it

They haven’t given a shit about anything for a long time now. After all, it’s much easier to order thousands of shitty skins on freelance for a couple of bucks and continue to feed players with it.

I mainly make realistic/historically acurate mods. Lots of the code for Germany was a copy-paste from my custom profiles lol

it hurts my heart they aren’t still realistic uniform color patterns and we are missing also lot of them, where they are the other paratrooper customizations, where they are the fucking japan naval landing forces, holy moly they are so fucking lazy

Either they sneakily removed it from everywhere after I was mentioning it before or it was just a very realistic dream
