Give an actual reason to press join any team. We can’t do it based on rank, it’s not realistic. Rank also doesn’t mean the best. We have the playerbase shift to different nations all the time.
Ranks dont mean that much. It only tells how much you have played/won and not how good you are. Someone can be useless sniper and get marshall rank by playing popular facions or stacking with others. Of course most of the times good players have high ranks but it isnt absolute

Ranks are meaningless, there should equal number of players from the same BR.
Example:
5 BR I
3 BR II
2 BR III on both sides.
