Bad argument since these data usually unreliable. Too many variables in real life or the it’s just straight up theoretical speed.
Anyone who seen ww2 tanks rotating their turrets know that in game values and much faster, sometimes multiple times faster.
Tank xrew should be schooled enough to set the right time when i shot at a target to plop before it touches it

Mind you id still like it to work. But Id more likely try to use it as Airburst HE rounds vs infantry than planes 
ye well but the flak buses were used as early as poland as pillbox busters
It should can be used as airburst agianst infantry as well indeed
