1. Add different languages to ammo boxes
- Add different languages to med boxes
3. Add variable serial numbers for weapons
E.g. all M1 Garands in the game are always 2699787
And all MG-81s are always 08165

Just make these numbers randomize
4. Add a more clear weapon overheating icon
I don’t know about y’all but I’m partially colorblind and I can’t see the inner cirle clearly

Can we have something like this near the ammo count? An actual clear circle being filled in?

Small cool additions that adds more immersion to the different world war two factions. (pov Gaijin: WHAT?, small additions that adds… IMMERSION!!! NO NEVER, we want to make ONE BILLION PROTOTYPE weapons and tanks that NEVER saw action FOR EACH FACTION.

Guns with wooden furniture should also have at least a few grain patterns available and a few colours available then each gun should have a random grain and colour creating tons of combinations perhaps some combos could be rarer and more sought after as well.
The same goes for serial numbers perhaps if the Gajin marketplace becomes available to enlisted guns with serial numbers that are unique like 420 or 69 would be worth more.

That would be difficult to add and would most likely cause performance issues. As cool of an idea as it is, it’s just not worth it, as nobody woulf really notice it during gameplay (unless they were specifically looking for it)
It’s definitely not worth any performance drop.
However, from modding experience in other games, it doesn’t sound impossible to have 10 different Garand textures instead of 1 in the game with only the numbers differing, and the ,game would load either of them when you launch a match.
Just a nice touch.

Now that sounds more reasonable, I thought you were talking about a randomized number texture applied on top of all garands lol.
Also would be really cool if after ±7 years of the game’s development
- Long objects didn’t pierce through flesh
- AT weapons / secondary weapons didn’t just magically hover behind the back but actually used a sling

Another tiny detail is US smoke grenade missing the yellow line

To the best of my knowledge, the yellow markings on US WWII grenades served critical roles in safety identification and filler differentiation.
It is present ingame on other explosives:

Weren’t most WW2 era MK2 grenades fully painted in the bright yellow color?
Iirc they changed it early in the war from full yellow to more camouflaged olive darb with a yellow stripe
