Fair points, friend. I hear you loud and clear. After briefly spending time here, I feel there is a lot of anger and frustration in the forum and some of it will probably spill out in the reviews as well and devs will have to take stock of that. Everyone has a right to vent here or in reviews. I can’t stop that – and dev have to pay their dues and a result. It’s good medicine to keep them from slacking.
But… at the same time, I want this game community to be supportive and fair because at the end of the day its what keeps this game afloat.

You’re being foolishly optimistic when it comes to DF because when it comes to some people in our community they’re doing much better than DF with cannibalized code and hard work and effort.
And another reminder this game is 8 years old so we’re not some brand new young game anymore.
And some of these things are only made by one person like take the Big action mod for example that’s all done by one person and cannibalize bits of code.

I’ve been playing since 2020. The game is at least 5 years old, and it’s still on version 0.6.5.128, yes that’s right, it’s still in the beta phase.
I’d probably get drafted for WWIII before this game reach full release status.

when will this game even reach “full release”, is there anything that must be done for that? its kinda just an excuse to call it beta so they can claim that the game may be subject to changes.

It’s not that hard to calculate it when the game celebrates its anniversary every year.
Maybe I am naive, but wouldn’t it make more sense to just continue with the old system until the new one is ready to be implemented? Just wait until the next season is over, I mean. There is little point in publishing deadlines if they are meaningless anyway.

Well everything is subject to change even the battle pass I think its very smart I would have done the same and thank god they are closing the gold order shop now when they make mistake they don’t need to deal with all the drama if the battle pass when its late by 10 seconds that will happen probably 1 or 2 times in 10 years and you have lives you know you can do something else while you wait … I really don’t understand what is all drama all about come on guys ,guys relax its only a BETA…the forum really will be less toxic without gold order shop that way there will be no expectations for apologies when obviously they are not needed.
Why would the devs need to give you something this is not a charity organizations its a business after all you can just pay for it duhhh…

Well yes I’m a new but I have a lot of experience in other world war 2 games I didn’t even wanted to make a profile but since so many people started to complain I wanted to check what is all that drama and its just some battle pass delay … lol hope they extend it a bit longer so people like me can buy it and get the weapons I really don’t wanna miss it. Think about the new players don’t be selfish.

When it comes to your previous comment you’re basically shooting yourself in the foot here because when you look at the shop that we had before we had time to get things instead of having to grind every battle pass religiously if you want something and with this new system people are gonna miss out if they don’t purchase the battle pass.
and when it comes to this new system we were expecting to get things on time instead of them delaying it which is also another reason or excuse they gave us for killing the shop.
