I'm not an active game player

So, I just tried to respond to a forum post and was told that I cannot respond as it is only for active players. WTF Dark Force, I have played four consecutive nights in your stupid lame event, but not played Enlisted game in over four days because I was burnt out of the crappy game play and terrible bots, so I took a few days off from being constantly pissed. I guess in Dark Forceā€™s mind, their event does not equal being an active player? Well then, why the hell has my ā€œACTIVE Alliesā€ w/l ratio dropped almost 2% playing your event if I am not an active player? Come on Dark Force, this is petty bush league bullshit, but doesnā€™t surprise me.

It may be that simply participating in the event is an act of disloyalty.

Yeah, events donā€™t count. I had the same issue with last yearā€™s April Foolā€™s event.

You need to play proper matches.

Playing the event to me is an act of sacrifice, like I am taking one for the team. Had I not won a German Paratrooper squad, I would have been done with it last week. But I am not going to let DF dictate how much I have to play, so, many people might be happy that I might not be around the forum as much as I usually am.

I played two, which apparently constitutes being an active player.

Yup. I think itā€™s two per week to count as an active player.

We mods arenā€™t immune to the rule eitherā€¦ :no_good_man:

Its more annoying when I finish the BP, like I finished the BP a week ago, only reason Ive been playing is to burn up the boosters Ive been getting from crates.

I remember that they seemed to have made some promises regarding the issues of win rate and activity level. However, now that the activity has ended, there has been no change. Did I remember it wrong?

Events are a custom mode for the game system thatā€™s why you canā€™t post without playing few matches in a normal gamemode.

Maybe this is why we havenā€™t seen them active on the forums. Canā€™t blame them honestly.

Nah, weā€™re all active at the moment.

Does DF keep promises?

Well, they usually just use words like ā€œreportā€, ā€œrecordā€ and ā€œunderstandā€. And then nothing happens.

I understand your frustration but I think itā€™s intended to prevent random people from coming into the community trolling the forumā€™s. Itā€™s happened to me before and I got a little pissed off but to be perfectly honest I think its a good idea; it will keep the community active

You know, there should be a way DF can tell who is new to the forum and who has been coming for years. Maybe there is a total record somewhere of how many posts youā€™ve started, how many forumā€™s youā€™ve commented on. So, I would think that people coming for a while should have a longer leash then four days. But, DF struggles with the basics, like Bots, so maybe they donā€™t have forum monitoring tech. Anyway, not a big deal, I donā€™t have to come and respond on the forum, and my playing numbers have been declining, so if DF wants to keep their rule that is fine by me as I can keep to myself. Iā€™m sure since I have been so critical of DF that they are cheering.

no
It does nothing to keep players active.
Some admins(dev) will ā€˜passive-aggressively fightā€™ to get access to post messages on the forums.

Now I can reveal more, this player is also an enlisted admin, and he has the dev tag at the right of his ID.

I will ask, why do we need to be active to reply in the forums? Been wondering that for the past year
