If DF does another paid event

Buddy, having a kill feed is “immersion breaking”. Having a letter next to the gun name is not.

For me, it is problematic. And it can be fixed to everyone’s liking. So I really don’t understand what’s your problem.

If you don’t care about the issue I have, good for you. I am pretty sure I don’t care about some issues you have. But I don’t have any reason to downplay them for whatever reason.

Btw. It’s not like it’s huge problem that would make me stop playing or enjoying the game. It just could have been implemented better. That’s all. As I have already said, for me, even little details are important.

Well now that they unified the weapon upgrade “stars” they might aswell turn every (D) weapon into the respectively base version of said gun.
Its the same rifle in the end…

How would you suggest they fix it? I’m assuming they have to use a different name so it doesn’t get stacked in with the others

I have literally written some ideas how to fix it. Just read my previous posts.

cause CRSED is dead.

like you removing your pfp? didnt even notice you at first :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s kinda the biggest point. They are adding into Enlisted stuff that is more themed to a game that is completely dead and no one wants to play it. What the hell they are expecting from that?

If they’d rather come up with an event that was themed to some historical event.
It could also be unique weapon skins, more scratched and overall worn. Might as well be covered in blood, whatever nonsense. It doesn’t matter at this point.

But they just keep cramming more and more CRSED themed nonsense into ww2 themed game.

Like I really doubt we’ll ever see a special event like this being themed into ww2.
They’ll just do generic grinding of points again. Not once has a special event been themed into ww2.

Sorry

cause most special events are either halloween or aprils fools events. zombies fit in halloween event. this is like mini game to play when you are bored of main game. my biggest problem is that they made what should be fun event into grindy shit event that is frustrating to play. last zombie event i liked, this one i dont.

we had ww2 events like even fight event that came out outside the time for halloween and april fools. but tbh i dont remember any event besides it that had pure ww2 setting.

I know. But it doesn’t need to be this way. And as far as I am aware of, we never had Halloween event. This is the first time. Halloween is not even a big thing outside of USA.

If they wanted nonsensical funny event, they could instead come up with “what if scenarios”.
Like western allies capturing Berlin, Germans invading Britain, whatever. And they could be pve just like the zombie event is.

Once it would end, the rewards wouldn’t have look so out of the place.

But whatever. I guess we can’t just have good special event in ww2 game.

I don’t count these as big special events. They were ultra small effort. Just portraits and some premade squads. Nothing new.

Haha, I know I laugh with you too, it’s true FOMO is a terrible thing, but it’s new and shiny, it could be fun to look unique, partly reason I bought premiums… it’s just the misery system needs work. But you are right I don’t have to play it, I’m 17, got the 3 main chars I wanted, soviet guy is nothing special… but I have started and even though I usually wipe and curse and play something else, I logged on early am and did the hard mode with some randoms easy enough!

I had two of my clan laughing at me not having done the mode, then 2 hours last night, they failed, in the end I escaped with my tokens at APC they both died, that was funny! The event is neither accessible, or rewarding, it is fun for a few rounds, but as soon as you fail, that’s it rage kicks in…

For a second I thought you’ve randomly wrote your age mid sentence but it’s BP level  (Or at least I think it is?)

I guess I need another morning coffee. Or to start drinking coffee at all in the first place.

Made up nonsense. It marks my country as yes.

But it’s true I forgot about Britain and its colonies.

Probably because there are Halloween-related events and maybe you simply dont notice.

No wonder because Halloween was made by the Irish and Scots and was exported by the English.

most countries dont celebrate it like US with having children trick or treat, decorating their homes etc.
for kids you will see seasonal stuff in stores, for adults you will see haloween parties. so yeah it is celebrated, just it doesnt have significance as in US.

We have similar thing to Halloween. But we don’t celebrate Halloween itself. So the image he provided is not valid.

We are only celebrating something that could be understand as All Souls’ Day in english context. We celebrating it only on November 2th.

We don’t celebrate anything on October 31st. No pumpkins whatsoever.

But we all know the true context of this event. The previous zombie event was an incredible success in the Enlisted community.

So the developers just took the first opportunity they could to justify releasing an improved version of that event.

They set up an unprecedentedly aggressive monitization.
I already described here what’s so disgusting about it:

I guess they assumed that it would pay off, since the last one was so popular among players. Whatever.

But this wasn’t the only controversial thing. For me personally, addition of CRSED like skins and pseudo hero characters was the biggest fail of this event.

I would say that this is the biggest event in Enlisted so far. And it’s definitely not a success. At best, it’s controversial af.

Btw. It’s funny we got bigger event for Halloween than for D day, Stalingrad victory day or Christmas for example.
It’s just so out of the place.

it is not official holiday. most of the europe is not celebrating it like US celebrates it. it is more of a commercial holiday people introduced recently(in last 20-30 years) for fun and profit. in stores you will see halloween candy and decorations. if you go to clubs or private parties you will see halloween themed evenings.

i agree. it is pretty shit event. rewards are meh, monetization is shit, event is grindy as shit, teams are extremely frustrating if you go solo. those who paid for event BP are just scammed for bad game.
