So yes is Historically accurate for late-game player in late-game map field only assault rifle and other automatic gun

They produced like 0.5 milion of stgs.
It is because this is a videogame, half million of stg are a sufficient number for let them be spammed, and is more justified than spam fg42

actually about assault rifles for engineers, I think a good way to balance that stuff would be to handle it like Tankers, they can carry MP40s but not heavy assaulter weapons like a STG
you know that was supposed to be an ideal chart rather than being truthfull to their actual situation. right?

you don’t get to see tankers with stgs even now that there are no restrictions.
but hey, we could create an avanguard class just that they get to use assault rifles.

Yes and that´s stupid because those StG squads will be high level only. You don´t want to have those sqauds then don´t play high level. Simple as.
Yeah, some kind of “elite” infantry would be nice.
Although I’d say it won’t solve enything. But it will sound cool.
Ideal and trusteful are only word but i can find a lot of image like this one so i think there is a bit of truth
So if I want to have fun I can’t use a gun I like because it’s high level.
I guess it’s a price for protecting noobs and newcomers from metashiters.
Sadly medium players like me will suffer.
