just like the Backpack or the Secondry Weapon Upgrade for the squad but for the Spawn trucks.
When respawning in the spawn truck with the ammo supply upgrade, the squads respawn with extra ammo of their main weapons, special weapons, and explosives. for resupplying u can only ressuply for ur main weapon, secondary, and side arms
when respawning in the spawn truck with medical upgrades, the squad respawn with extra health, extra badages and also resupply with new bandages.
nope, make it have medic crate because bikers have the ammo box also

But how about instead have mobile engineers?
A standard engineer squad but like APC they have a lorry (covered) which has ammo and resupplies engineer resources. (say 3 resupplies)
Players could choose to spawn with or without said truck.
The truck could also tow AA and AT guns for faster repositioning. (gun cannot be fired while the vehicle is moving).
For medical resupply Id suggest giving medic squad ambulances. Similar principle as above, resupplies medic packs and also heals friendly soldiers within a certain radius.

maybe a new kind of perk for spawn truck. making it specialized spawn truck. when u spawn in spawn truck with ammo box, ur squad spawn with extra ammo, when u spawn in a spawn truck with medical box, ur squad spawn with extra medkit.

Personally I just want to see more motorised squads.
maybe a new map thats made for motorized and mechanized infrantry
with players not having enginners maybe this can help
Damn real H&G hours here, but yeah totally legit, especially if the medical upgrade means AI bots will auto take them if not under fire.
Real Big action mod hours too lmao, but yes towing would be great, though bigger maps would be needed to make it truly effective.
