I think those are some very fair changes. The KV-1 L11 is already in BR III, so the Zis cannon won’t make a huge difference. I’m particularly excited about the FNAB going up to BR III with 800 rpm - that was a much-needed change.
It’s good to see the Japanese SMGs getting up tiered (and the Type 2 SMG being downtiered). I don’t think many of them belonged on the tier they were in (especially after the buffs). My only concern is the Type 99 LMG going down to BR II. However, it does recoil a lot and has a pretty bad sight.
Overall, I would be pleased if this is the end result. If it’s fake, well, at least that person knows how to balance.

A part of me is concerned about the tiger 2 H and P decreased engine power and the Saw off M2 carbine. Besides that I think it’s alright

There’s always the Beretta M38 (40 round) for accuracy and a slower fire rate.

I would be more pleased if they brought the Battle Pass shop back.
Making changes to GO weapons that no longer can be obtain is pointless, unless there is some revive
of the store coming back - shortly down the line.

Buff on reload time of MG 42, Gewehr 41 and Gewehr 41 M,BF 109 G-10 in BR3,Buff on rate of fire of Erma Emp 44 and FnaB 43, Ki-61-I Hei, Ki-61-II Otsu Kai and Chi-To in BR3? My god if this is true…

GO weapons don’t really matter much to me. I was much more interested in changes to tech tree weapons.
But yes, bringing the GO shop back would be a dream come true for most.

I don’t think you need to worry about that.
The actual spec aren’t as good as the catalog
It’s more like Kiraly.
In the catalog, the bullet velocity comes out to 560, but it’s actually 440.

But some of them made me happy. Like the G41 Buff and the Fedorov full-auto mode. I had five of them, but they were completely useless.

Possible, however there are Br changes to the Japanese weapons that got buff. Guess we’ll see.

Some of the changes like the Japanese SMGs and the KV1 ZIS5 are wrong. The early Type 100 is even better than the PPS43 and the KV1 traded armor for firepower.

it is quite possible for these changes to come or it could be well made fake. WT has made balance adjustments to vehicles, so it is quite possible for enlisted to inherit those data. some of the changes have been requested by the community for a long time, so they are quite possible.
only reason why i suspect that this might be fake is cause dev team is not known for their speed and WT will release vehicle changes this month.
The German Tiger 2’s V12 Maybach engine had a total horsepower of 700. To be more precise, 690. In War Thunder, players would go absolutely insane if that happened in War Thunder. (From what I understand, It’s still 700HP in Warthunder.)

Everything looks very accurate. He even included very old premium squads like BAR. If it’s fake, he obviously put a lot of focus and time into making it accurate. (Of course I’m sad why IL 10 wasn’t moved to BR3. Also with G6 moving to BR3, La7 would fit in there nicely. Same goes for Fiat)

Most changes are so uncalled-for an nonsensical, this list could be as well be real.

it kinda does seam a bit sus that only some of the tanks get the WT reload buff but not all.
The dicker max also got a reload boost in WT but isnt mentioned in this “leak?” at all.
(or the list is incomplete but idk)
Also the devs do tend to use roman numerals for the BR so regular numbers does look odd.
