So today when I was playing Enlisted my game froze up and crashed. When I tried to turn On my Xbox It didn’t turn on I have tried everything but no luck. for most people for some people it nothing some hours lost but from it big. I have been playing for years. And completed every tech tree except for Japan I have ever event squad except for the silent MP and the New Zealand squad.
Who ever made it to the end thankyou.
And Enlisted You have done me well. I have figured out so much WW2 facts thanks to you. Some thing I would love to see more of Australia squad because I’m Australia and you can only get 2 free Australia squad and really anyoed me so please add.

I’m confused. Is there a problem with Enlisted? Your account? Or did your Xbox just die?

Yo it die starred a match half way through freezed up and then a black screen never turned on again.
So, just to confirm, this is about your Xbox dying, not any issue with the game, or your game account?

No it not enlisted fault it my die and 4 year of so yeah.
So you didn’t lose your account at all

Write your account info down somewhere while you remember it, once you eventually get another console you’ll still have your account

get what back? you haven’t lost anything except an Xbox.
If it was your X Box dying, then you didn’t lose your account. Once you get another X box, Playstation or PC you should still be able to install and log in. If there is something with your account, contact support, they are great they have helped me before.
If you get a new unit you should be able to reinstall it, then if you cannot login with your username then Support can probably get you logged in. I play on a PC, so I don’t really know what the difference is when logging in, however both my kids played via PS.
If he wants to keep his stuff, he needs to buy an Xbox. Enlisted does not allow you to share accounts across platforms.

Isn’t your Enlisted account… tied to your Microsoft account or something?
Accounts don’t just die with the machines…
I did not know that, after years of buying Playstations for my kids, I am just a simple PC guy.

You didn’t:
If you get a new xbox, you will keep the very same Microsoft account you had.
But moreover, your Enlisted account is also separate from it all.
Meaning: if you so wanted, you could go to a friend’s house who happens to own a Xbox, log into that xbox with YOUR Microsoft account, then find YOUR Enlisted account and show him the game with all your unlocked things.
Nothing is lost (except maybe your machine which needs a replacement)
