I have an idea to fix Explosive pack spam problem

EP are in good position right now… except maybe that they are too bouncy…

That’s not true. There’s quite bunch of people who rather bought BP over premium account or slots.

My poor suggestion It was meant to stop explosive pack spam so it’s not a death trap on every corner for a tank So it can push forward and die to AT Squads or units at least

and if they are larger than those who I known with, surely df shouldn’t give more to f2ps.

I would like more slots, but they should be able to be bought alone with gold, without buying the premium account.

That’s not how it works. This change wouldn’t have literally any impact on game.

I heavily disagree. Every soldier type should have their specialty. A rock-paper-scissors situation. As soon as you add in loopholes like EP that can “destroy or heavily damage tanks”, you have a serious balance problem.
I think every soldier should have the OPTION to take something that can perhaps detrack a tank, but that item should be balanced out with something of equal strategic value. Currently, there is none. Which is why tanks often behave in a very unhelpful way (sitting in the greyzone all game).

That would be me. I bought the premium days back on the New Years sale so I’m covered for the year, I get the slots, and sometimes get the battlepass. The ONLY squad that I ever bought was a waste (Hurricane Mk4) so I have no intentions of buying any more.

Honestly, the game is pretty fun and not terribly expensive when you buy the premium days on sale. Plus $5 for a squad slot if needed? That’s still far cheaper than most games.

I really don’t know where you guys are getting your history lessons from.
One of tanks MAIN PURPOSES was to support infantry in breakthrough operations.

The issue is that they are ridiculously overpowered, which leads to everyone carrying them, making the problem even worse. Tanks don’t push up hardly at all anymore, despite that being one of their jobs.

Meanwhile, how often do you see frag grenades used? How about impacts? Smoke grenades?
Either never or almost never. Why? Because EPs are pretty much as strong as frag grenades, but can also take out tanks. Smoke grenades despite being small radius can still blind tanks, but what does it matter when you can just spam explosive packs and kill it.

THAT is the issue.

support by providing direct fire. by destroying entrenched emplacements. support by being movable cannon and MG nest. not support by entering CQC.
