i played weekend in 5 mins the Americans seized all the bases and spawn camped killing every thing that moved tanks were just unreachable with the 4 wheel puma v a sherman one hit its dead
but the lvl is insane all American troops have smgs we had rifles so one player virtually massacred every one he never seem to run out of ammo nor dod their tanks - I downplay pacifi its even worse the japn have no defense no mg points nothing as if t they for got to let the japs have artillery anti-tank guns and sandbags with machine guns stupid campaign
I want to know how they abe to hit tanks and nothing is showing where from either maybe a bazooka team v our tanks we have dynamite can get any where near it to throw it I got to staff sgt but getting no where now so prob delete it as its pointless being wiped out every game by players who are a mah jor to gen level who steeam roller every time not good game gajin did the same with war thunder via lvls then ya face tigers with m4 105mm tanks which cant penn it one hit their gone

The germans gears are 50/50, the planes sucked compared to the US, I advice you go with a fighter since the US spam planes a lot
The 100rnd tommy is yes P2W as much as the other tells you they aren’t, to counter those you need to have faster reaction than them or prefire, or just use a Flamethrower
Wish the Pz III N in Normandy use HEAT instead of the dogshite AP round
German turrets sucks so good luck surviving a shot with Pz III and Pz IV, Panther and Tiger are great, but using tanks in Normandy is pretty much asking to get nuked by planes

Same goes for planes. Germans has lotnof great ones. They just has higher skill threshold than merican ones. But it doesn’t automatically means they’re worse.

But since your best solution solution to deal with smg squad is flamers. I really doubt about your skill level or pure creativity. Seems like german faction simply isn’t for you.
No sir I only play Normandy Ally only currently, my time in Normandy Axis is long gone after I maxed it, you know. Is lot more fun being the one shooting M8s and HVAR than the receiving end of it since the AA is unusable against them currently, there is no german planes as versatile as the US one, you either be a fighter, an attacker or a bomber, not everything at onces, and guess what US plane can do that? The P47 has 8 .50, 1 500lb, and 10 HVARs, can nuke the enemy team at least 6 times before it reloads, the only reliable way to stop it is using a fighter, but good luck wasting tickeds for a fighter or having people hogging that slot doing nothing while you keep getting nuked on the ground
StG44 is good at mid range, the 100rnd Tommy you are pretty much forced to fight against them in close range since most of the time they drop directly to the cap to unleash the 100rnd spray and spray
Flamer? Bruh I use 2 flamers and a LMG squad in Normandy, I am F2P so 4 slots is pretty much meta only, I mean what else can I use to push caps? Oh yeah btw I have 96% WR at Normandy Ally and 87% as Normandy Axis and both are close to max level
I don’t farm kills, I dedicated to win games, and ironically I die less than the rest of the team despite being the one sitting in the cap for the most time, I always build a rally despite the team refuse to do their job to win
u be a good playr to learn from but not sure ill be playing it long enough tho normady is tough either way but the if u face mg 42 ya can get up the beach I found a sniper to take em out be fire u race up the beach if ya have no flames as us team
As a Vickers owner, I can tell you it’s overrated.
It’s even more radical than the 100rds Tommy (which I DON’T own), you can easily erase from existence anything within arm’s reach, but in any engagement at outdoor ranges most of your bullets will rather go on a journey around the world than on target.
It would dramatically benefit from proper bipoding, but that’s it.
Yep, colt monitor is for me personally way better than both those weapons, way more versatile. But haters of “p2w” kinda ignoring it because it has not 100 rounds capacity.
NGL I considered buying that squad when on sale, but there’s almost no point for me in buying it because A) I already own the older BAR squad (now with engineer, woohoo!), and B) I maxed out Normandy long ago.
It’s worthy only if you like BARs overall. It’s 5 men squad with very reliable versatile full auto weapon which has good sights.
There really isn’t very high competition on allied side of things tho.
It’s definitely not worth for someone who already has whole campaign maxed out, since it does not bring any new unique gameplay or smh like that.
But for me, I used it a lot. I bought very early in that campaign. And I am smh like 33 level currently, still having it on my setup.
As much as I like the BAR A2, once you’ll unlock the Browning 1916 that’s a huge upgrade. BARs feel lackluster afterwards.
The 1916 boasts very comfortable recoil, decent accuracy, and the ROF is in a good spot to ensure adequate saturation without eating up the 100 rds belt too quickly.
It’s a proper MG (working better than the current average in game) whereas the BAR is more of an assault rifle.
