I don't understand the effective range of Shin Gunto Type 95

I hope you understand even if my words are weird. I’m using a translator to suggest to this game.

It’s about Japan’s Type 95 sword in the Pacific War.
I just tested it, but the range of Type 95 didn’t make much difference compared to other close weapons. It’s even shorter than an axe…

If what I know is right, I heard that the game developer focuses on the reality of the game. Can you increase the effective range of the Type 95 sword for reality?

Ofc I don’t know if you’re interested in these minor updates.
I respect other people’s thoughts. Thanks.

Oh my. They may pretend to do so at times, but I believe the developers focuses on the profit of the game, not realism, or even enjoyability for that matter. This is understandable though, they are a corporation after all.

While I agree with your observation as to the abnormality in the range of the sword, I highly doubt there will be any meaningful changes to the Pacific campaign in the near (and most likely, far) future.

They already buffed sword knife, axe and bayonet range and attack, 2 week before pacific 1st dev diary

oh shit I hope there are still normal people among them… This game is still open beta, but I don’t think it’s time to think about profitability… ofc, it’s my idea as user of this game…

Yeah, I’ve heard of it. But I think it needs more buffs. I can’t understand that the type 95 sword is shorter than the axe. Do they attack with a sword handle?

Axe have already a big range before buff, simply they add a static buff for all melee and axe keep have more range as before

Moreover axe need less range more than buff sword
