This is why they need Moscow to be playable in top tier too but with separated BR so only BR of 3-5
I noted the Same is because probably there is low ammount of people who are playng the test version the matchmaker is taking all player he find withaut care of the BR

Nope. I literally never have a chance to confirm my BR (because BR is shown only on matchmaking window). And matchmade so quick that I never seen that window poped up.
Not sure what happened with dev side of map and BR binding.
