About italy and other axis; just give them an ability to use german weapons and vehicles and vice versa ( except japan)
Germans and its european allies used each other weapons and vehicles excessively in real war anyway.
For japan i have no idea.
If new mm will not let any ally/jap player to match with high tier ally arsenal( which means more than half of the vehicles). We still have a balance problem.
It seems like that a lot of veterans who want to play more unique game as jap faction will be matched with mostly low tier ally newbies and crush them easily
I dont know why Japan would be more “unique” consider their siutation would be as shitty as before.
