Where my tech tree m1a1?
The scheme is simple. Weapons from the event and premium squad have a bayonet (or other unique feature), and weapons from the tech tree do not. Now let’s look at options for adding premium and event content to the tech tree.
This is Kiraly 39 with bayonet.
I propose adding the regular Kiraly 43m to the tech tree, but in exchange, give bayonets to the premium squad with the Kiraly 43m. And also give to the owners of this squad 10 Kiraly 39 with a bayonet, which can be issued to any fighter of the corresponding class.
The Lewis machine gun can simply be given to the Western allies, since for the USSR it will continue to remain just as unique. But for the USSR it is also a legendary weapon of the Second World War. Moreover, it was used much more widely than the same Madsen machine gun. And the owners of this unit can be given a certain number of “Baltiets” (Kinda . . . baltic man) pistols.
This weapon was produced in small batches and almost all of the samples were issued to high military officers and high ranked communist party members. The fate of the small number of remaining pistols is unknown.
Also, to preserve the uniqueness of the Lewis Gun squad, the tech tree version of the gun can be moved to BR2 with worse stats. (This would be especially useful for the Soviets with their very questionable BR2 gun) It is also possible to raise the stats of the premium one. The game model of the Soviet premium partisan squad’s weapon already has a modification that allows you to attach a bag to it to collect cartridges. So why not attach it?
You can also give the owners of this unit a bunch of German M24 grenades and these cool sawed-off SVT-40.
I think that all these bonuses are more than enough for the Soviets to get the MP-40 in the tech tree. (Or even better, replace the SMG Hurricane with the MP-40. And the hurricane itself can be made exclusive to this premium partisan unit or given out in an event.)

We can also recall the million modifications of the SdKfz-251 with autocannons. But I’m not sure about it’s human-capacity.
Also, the owners of this squad can recive captured SdKfz with MG-42 machine gun for the USSR and the USA. I think that all this is more than enough for Germany to receive this APC in its tech tree.
Owners of the event universal carrier can get trophy vehicles for Germany, Japan and lend-lease vehicles for the USSR, so that the USA can get this vehicle in the tech tree.
Regarding armored personnel carriers for Japan and the USSR to be added to the tech tree, there are already millions of options on both forum branches.
And I suggest simply adding the I-16 to the tech tree. It really deserves it.
Or maybe go the other way? Namely, add another premium squad, whose weapons differ from the techtree ones only by the presence of a bayonet, like Ramke’s brigade. I propose introducing a squad of the Imperial security service main office (Reichssicherheitshauptamt) soldiers. (Or other dudes in badass black uniforms and armbands. Like in old CoD and MoH)

Better yet, don’t add armbands at all, or find some armbands with text. Or make fake text for the armbands. Anything but not the idiotic replacement with balkenkreuz.
-Wait! Wait! Why do the Soviets have an assault rifle with a bayonet in the tech tree, but Germany only has one in premium content?
-Ok. I suggest remove the bayonets from the AS-44 version of the tech tree and apply it to the weapons of the corresponding premium squad.
