It’s not; it is what Japanese scopes in WW2 when you are aiming downsights.
Japs were responsible for creating the first modern scope.

Get bunch of new stuff with merge but scopes are more imprtant.

Don’t need anything new besides the type 99 MG and that giant mortar that the japs used, assuming the devs aren’t going to be stupid and make the maps balanced.
