I have reported this Chinese nickname many times and this nickname still exists in this game. This nickname is the Chinese translation of the leader of the Third Reich. I really cannot understand why this nickname is still not banned in this WWII game. Is this means this name is legal in this game?

If Netflix makes a ww2 documentary one day, Adolf might be Asian like this guy, Stalin latino, General Patton Sudanese and the like.
Asian adolf is possible as long as grandma says so. Don’t listen to what they say in school.

I understand what the op means tho.
English is very surveyed and you cannot name yourself “chad ss gas master” or "KKK casual enjoyer " and the like (for obvious reasons)
But other languages aren’t well surveyed. Which is why you occasionally see that type of name here.
In short. If it’s not allowed in common English, why would it be ok using different characters/letters.

Yes you can i dont know how work in canada, but in Europe there are almost none name restrictions on internet, you use the name you like but the owner of place you use it can always ask you to change it if is necessary, usually never
