How do i make a soldiers walk speed, run speed, and sprint speed faster? and also how do i make stamina much better?

i want this to apply to every infantry no matter what, for example, walk speed is 20km/h, run is 50 km/h, and sprint is 150 km/h, obv the stamina should be made better to make it so the infantry can actually yknow, go this fast

just run and sprint

assault sniper rifle tanker engineer pilot_fighter radioman pilot_assaulter anti_tank mgun mortarman flametrooper medic biker paratrooper and all of them should have _2 _3 _4 …variants. For example: mgun_3 - Machine Gunner 3

A post about custom profiles, you can use the perks and give them crazy values to achieve high speeds, but I can’t help you more than that, you should ask one of the modders for help.
