It’s envi_cover properties do it. They’re inside shaderVars entity.
On your map you probably will need to edit scene.blk file to add them (you can open it using any text editors, file in userGameMods folder and inside folder that contains your mod name).
You also can try to do prefabs. Save stalingrad shaderVars. Open your map and remove shaderVars and create prefab that contains stalingrad shaderVars.
