Only tanks/planes that already exist in WT get imported into Enlisted. Realistically, if you want it in Enlisted, first you would need to suggest it in WT forum (and pretty sure it was suggested multiple times there).

I highly doubt that. This game recycles models from WT as a cost saving measure. I wouldnt be surprised if they outsourced the models for the APCs and Bikes too.

False, the only thing taken from War Thunder are the permits and the basic logistics model; the rest of the work is done by a third-party company, as are the weapon models.
True. Planes and tanks without a flamethrower*. As obviously, flamethrowers would be impractical in a game meant for vehicle vs vehicle battles.
Anyways, Ho-ni II lacks a flamethrower so my point still stands.
