I mean what is after userGameMods, but reading post more I see that you probably put it in userGameMods and not to other folders.
Well… If it still doesn’t work then try this (old) way:

If after that game don’t have your language then add in .bat file more code:
-config:language:t=Russian (instead Russian write your language).

In case anyone of you downloaded the mod, i found a bug and fixed it. Now the gold order vehicles from the armory display properly.
If you like this hangar mod, please redownload the hanger.blk file from the sandbox. Thanks!

Here’s my advice

but, When you switch from the Corps screen to the Seaplane screen (Allied forces only)

2.If possible, could the inclusion of radio audio from Stalingrad be considered in the future?
Is it a bit quiet for a Stalingrad theme?
3.In the corps screen, the view will hopefully be adjusted slightly in the future when it becomes available. 9 man infantry squads are slightly crowded
4.There is the Beaufighter MkX (Tunisia) with faulty landing gear model.

The only place for seaplane is the volga river but for the most is very low poly because is off map, the only decent spot of the river is near the factory but is withaut building so i think you need make some seaplane dock on the river using one from the pacific map if you can do it
