What about adding a bonus score for killing a “Hero” for the opposite team.

Everything you’re asking for already exists, you’re just juxtaposing the wrong context.
The Hero’s are Class II - most of the time - and so they ARE better stat wise and rank wise than a starting or middle rank players available troops.
But they are not, although some could be in the future, Class III troops and so they will lose their status to more experienced “Hero’s” of your own making.
That does not take away their value from beginning or middle rank players who get an accelerated soldier into their squad ranks.
Now they could develop, and may yet do so as more levels are added to the campaigns higher level “Heroes” - there is a precedent because before Class III soldiers were released, most Heroe’s were Class I soldiers of rank V, whilst players had Class II soldiers to build their own. Now that the game has expanded so have the Hero soldiers.

Also you quote class of soldiers, yes there are three classes l, ll, and lll, you are stating the obvious, there is nothing “heroic” (extra ordinary) about ANY of three class of soldiers, lol, there are ACTUALLY MULTIPLES of each class of soldier lol, very ordinary.
