Back then there used to be an usable chat which you could open with enter and then you were able to chat with your teammates, it was a lot of fun to chat with them. Suddently when i opened enlisted some time ago the ingame chat was gone. What happened? I pressed enter like i used to do, nothing happens. I changed the button to open the chat in the settings to another button. Still nothing. Please help me i really miss this feature…

I think it’s with ALT now if you speak of the radial quickchat

For me nothing changed on how to type. Its enter and always was.
You can use the alt for the quick chat but that is additional.
for me the chat works with entery normaly

Game chat is the most fcked up i ever saw !
It doesnt let you type if you are dead or not spawned !
Such realism ! but hey you can use microfone and scream to your fellow bots !

If this is feature then we would w8 5 years for them to make it !.. its probably a bug like most of the things in the game !

I know about the quickchat but if i use “sorry” as an example, nothing happens, there isnt a chat popping up or anything. If i press enter, the only thing i see is the cursor in the middle of the screen, nothing else…
You can also set your own keys mapping in settings…
As i already said, i already tried changing the button to “U” “0” and “N” and it still didnt work, sorry if my explaination of my problem wasnt understandable enough.
