IMO, it would be nice to see some conflicts in the game shortly before or shortly after WWII, like Korea, Indochina, the Spanish Civil War, the Winter War. Maybe even WWI and a little earlier like the Boxer Rebellion and the Boer War.
However, I know how our devs work and in that case we will see the MP3008 in Verdun and the MIG-15 in Stalingrad. I really don’t want to see that.

ww2 and cold war i just dont want to see in the same modes
ak47 or m14s in Berlin
or Rpg7’s or any cold war weapons taking out tiger tanks
korean maps with ww2 and cold war weapons 
ww2 weapons in wars and battles they dont belong 
cold war weapons in ww2 battles and maps
thats the problem like world of tanks you would need to separate game/modes

Maybe they should separate by new maps，but I guess DF not so many capacity to finish even if a new battlefield

I would really like a squad of 4 PPSh with drums and 3 with boxes. Or with 3 MG-42 or STG and four MP-40 (preferably BR3 modification with increased rate of fire). Or a squad of 6 engineers with type 100. Or a squad with 3 M1919 and four BAR or Thompson box.
France has a lot of cool weapons that I would really like to see implemented. Automatic MAS-44, regular MAS-44, MAS-40, Darn machine gun and so on.
If we bring up the WWI weapons (although I am far from a fan of them), we can recall the Ribeyrolle carbine, the Chauchat-Ribeyrolle, and the automatic version of the Winchester 1907.

After all, it’s much easier to order 100 new shitty skins for 2 bucks from Indian dudes on a freelance than to do something really cool.
Enlisted players would love to fight or at least tolerate fighting WW1 WW2 Korea vietname they don’t want a tiger tank fighting a bmp3 they dont want warthunder, they at the very least want ww2 complete with minor things like France.

- adding new random content instead of solving core game issues is the most common mistake ever & sign of low creativity & bad mangement. enlisted already has more than enough of that & doesnt need more.
- simply put: adding vietnam would not lead to a net growth of the playerbase, cost high amounts of time/money & throw the game back 1 year as core game quality improvment would suffer meanwhile. same is currently going on @HLL and many player there critisize exactly that.

Gaijin has stated many things in the past and then changed their mind later, the value of their word is low.
But yeah, I dont see Enlisted going beyond WW2, especially with how slow and sad the development cycle is.

HLL is ridiculous, the original game is poorly optimized, it doesn’t even have half the content of other games, they’ve only released clothing DLC and they want to make another game?? xD
It’s like they want to release Enlisted 2 when it’s not even out of beta xD

I played it once and never have again for that exact reason. At least I got it for free from the Epic Games store.
I bought it, logged in and had everything on ultra, it was fine until the shooting started or on some flat maps it didn’t go over 40 fps… Then I found out that everyone played it on the lowest graphics because it looked better xD
To top it off, lowering or raising the graphics doesn’t affect anything, because no matter how you play it, it runs poorly xD
That’s why I find it funny that they want to go into Vietnam when they haven’t been able to complete the base game xD

Ask again in 4-5 years. And going with just one smaller conflict will mean that old nations won’t be playable as how could you fit German/Italians there? What about Japanese nation? We need a Cold war instead with option for Vietnam and Korean war.

Would prefer to see alternate history scenarios like Operation Downfall, Operation Unthinkable, German invasion of Britain, etc.
Hell, Operation Unthinkable would be pretty easy to implement, just put US and Germany against USSR on Berlin maps

I sure hope not. I do like seeing more representation for a conflict such as Vietnam in videogames. But in Enlisted’s case, they’ve barely scratched the surface of WWII battles for them to even dare going beyond. I’ve always seen Gaijin as a jack-of-all-trades company, but master of none. And games that have big potential such as Enlisted, they’re dragged down by who knows what or why. I sure hope Enlisted gets better at giving us WW2 instead of jumping the boat into a different conflict all together. That’d be like the equivalent of an ADD kid, throwing his toys away because he got bored and went do something else. Leaving a mess behind.
By the way, I don’t mind other conflicts, just not post 1945. I want to see Japan’s invasion of Manchuria for example.

can you tell me a game with a similar size audience that has a more content and releases more content on a regular basis. games like fortnight and overwatch release more content to a far bigger audience so are not applicable.
I haven’t been following War Thunder. Has infantry been added?
