This is from your own replay, seem like HE is not as you’ve claimed it to be. The replay is bugged, you were using HE instead of APCBC as the HE ammo counter is decreased after you’ve fired.

This thread has largely run its course and has become dominated by arguments. It has generated many reports which will be examined. The forum and game rules are freely available, I suggest users study them.
