The Stummel is pretty weird, it is pretty strong against infantry and on downtiers it can deal with stuff like Stuarts and T-70 but on the other hand if you focus too much on using it as a SPG it is pointless as an APC. I think people are just too focused on the guns instead of what they are supposed to do, because right now the Bren Carrier is undeniable the strongest APC in game, and one of the multiple reasons why German teams struggle so much, it is the fastest and smallest vehicle in the game bar the motorcycles. It is pretty easy to hide and unlike rallies, APC can be parked at 30m of the objetive without any kind of āradioā sound.

I kind of agree. While Iāve definitely had fun sideshotting Shermans with the Stummelās stubby cannon, itās equally un-fun to spawn in one at the outset of the match and be almost immediately vaporized by an IS-2 shell. 
Granted, this has more to do with the BR system as it is (I will again reiterate my call for three queues: I-II, III-IV, and V on its own) than anything else, and the lack of knowing which tiers are present before spawning (Iāve asked elsewhere for a simple indicator of this in-game).
That being said, the elephant in the room regarding the tiering of the 251/9 at III is most likely the tiering of the premium 251/1 at II.
From the standpoint of the gameās creators, Iād imagine that itās much harder to change the rating of things people pay money for. If this is the case, and the 251/1 is thus essentially fixed in place at BRII, itās hard to imagine the addition of a cannon not seeming to demand placement one rank higher.

It was going to be B.R 2 due to the fact itās the same gun as B.R 2 tanks.

The bren carrier is worse armed than any BR1 tank, so the bren carrier should be a BR0?
sfd251/9 is already the best APC in the game, I donāt know what else you want to complain about
Ignores BRās anti-infantry efficiency, can destroy low BR tanks at will, fire smoke shell, as a mobile rally, and does not occupy tank slots. This thing has a bunch of functions.

The best apc is still m3. Why? Because of its crue. And because it is better than 251/1 which has the same crew layout.
I would gladly take radioman and AT guy with pfaust over a cannon thatās pretty much useless on its own BR.
The cannon only encourages noobs who spawned at your APC to stay there and reveal its position.

I still kept 251/1 in my BR5 lineup rather than replacing it with stummel. Because of reason I described above.
I put stummel to BR3 which I basically never play. Because it has toxic MM af.
I olayed like only 3 games with stummel and itās nothing exceptional. And BR3 completely killed it. It could be fun on BR2, but now it is just uninteresting piece of trash. Which only encourages people to do BR lineups (which are toxic just by themselves)
Because thats the main reason why we want to use APCs.

It also doesnt make sense that BR3 should prevent it from entering low BR matches since BR3 matches are always 50/50 up- or downtier but maybe we are all just too dumb to see the issue.

sfd251/9 contains an ATcrew and can still be equipped with panzerfaust
The cannon above is so you can remove defenders in the point or fire smoke screens to cover your teammates as you move forward, and find a place to park.
251/9 can fully assume the role of 251/1 and provide more options

And those options are? being bigger, having a more noticeable color so it is easier to be spotted from the moon? or random players locking the spawn because they try to use the cannon? The Stummel is a really fun vehicle and with the gun you can do a lot of interesting stuff, but the tech tree truck is better at being a mobile rally point, and the premium 251 gets a better squad.

The Universal Carrier belong to BR1 and the 251/9 in BR2 because their main and side weapons are available on that BR
Also the dogshite MG42 on the 251/9 overheat in 3s

APC only start at BR 2 as even the unarmored ones are BR 2 so the carrier should not be BR 1
Doesnāt matter others should go BR1 too
