1- give bolt actions to your soldiers
2- dont equip any smg, semi auto, mortar, flamer etc
3-use some very weak vehicles like pz 2

4. Every soldier with +XP and faster BA reload time perks, all BAs on max stars
5. Every soldier with 3 phosphorus/molotov cocks (don’t think grenades will affect BR)
6. You have 9-man squads while newbiews have 3-4.
