Well it didn’t
I got this info when trying to swap secondary on my guerillas.
Turned out all the personal upgrades were scrapped. Had 10 spare points to unlock them again tho.

Play one game with that squad (where they get some exp) and you should get the points back
There was a server side fix yesterday that kinda broke them, but they should be fully fixed now
