i am interested in what the Russians are saying - and also trying to learn a little of the language (I can almost read the alphabet now! :)) - but the Google translate app in Chrome doesn’t auto-translate the pages of this forum - I have to copy text into the web page rather than use the “Translate this page” function.
anyone have any ideas if that is fixable??
well, i suggest you to avoid that. as they have quite opposite ideas from “us”.

as they are the only kind people that speak russian and english being quite active in both formus.
so if you need anything ask them. ( i mean, i just gaved you some hints. if they want or not, to answer it’s up to them ).
I can agree that they have different oppinnions and I am probably 80% on their side. For now there is nothing special talking about ballance like on english forums, more like suggestions and new or not so new ideas. But sure I can help as much as i am able to.
If you are interested i can help you with alphabet and maybe with basic words, but i am not russian or even slavic so i dont want to teach something wrong 
. For this case you better ask some native russians.
Google translate page does not work as you technically are not logged into the forums when using it. And you cannot see the forums without access. You must directly copy-paste the massages into google translate (do note the character limit is pretty low for Russian).
Oh it’s not a matter of “sides” or anything like that - just being informed as to what half or more of the population is talking about.
I’m doing a couple of online course - so thanks for the offer but I’ll keep plodding away - I can recognize “This is not a radio, it is a motorcycle” in cyrillic now! 
I can read russian but it’s a little rusty so whenever I read an interesting title but the context is too long, I just copy paste it into google translate and read that

I only commented a couple of times on russian section and it was mostly google translation.
My country uses the cyrillic alphabet (the same as the russian one) but my language is much different

Indeed, they play both. Like I am and many others. I know quite a few boys who prefer only one side. And also you can find a lot of Slavic names at axis side during a game.
Funny but last TCat poll about weapon balance were argued mostly by russian axis meta players.
I use Google Chrome on my phone and it does a good job of translating automatically. If it doesn’t, I can go to the setting and force a translation.
My main browser Edge has trouble auto translating. And it does not come with an option for manually translating. Kudos to Google on that one.
I have done some research a couple of months ago and found out why is axis side so popular in ww2 games:

If you mean like, making them look like american impression on them, it will make players play germany even more because Germans will look like good guys.
My solution is realistic team balance so players will have an actual reason to play allies
For example: t-34, flak 88, more semi automatic rifles for Americans, tiger tank, maxim MG…

American meta is like a Enemy at the gates. Completely lies.
Also I seen many times before in ww2 games balance was broken. Like Coh 2. So I agree. Balance should be a big part. Also in Coh 2 you got to burn your own citizens there. That is completely lie.
It might be because Enlisted forums are only visible if you are logged in. If that’s the case, there is no way to fix it.
You can ask me about the theme you are interested in and i can provide some kind of translation. But anyway the best choice in this case will be to use google translate directly copypasting the message.
