Thats not how DF works. Even if there is no reason for them to do something and improve the game they just wont.
Nobody knows why, even though it would be in their best interest.

When was this sale or better question how did it work, if weapon costs 1 gold order (and there is only 1 of a type available per campaign) then for 50% it would cost what… 0.5 gold order?
It cost the same amout of gold order, but you can also get those with regular gold. The sales made the price in gold slashed in half… I remember I bough around 8 gold weapons at once back then 
Sadly… I’m really just hoping, here. I loved the last sales

I hope so, there’s a lot of gold weapons I haven’t bough, now…
OK, now I get it, since I have currently 11 gold orders for weapons and I bought maybe 3 gold weapons didn’t even think about buying for Enlisted Gold, but then spending 1 gold order would be a waste with this sale.

… I’m jealous now. I still use that rifle in my lineup. It’s so sweet to dominate while using that sluggish (but powerful) rifle
i like g1888, its ye olde imperial rifle after all 
eeh but one piece totally suffices for me 
i gave it to engineer and i always trying to find the best suitable squad for him, last time i had no choice really but to put him to flamethrower squad which frankly doesnt suit him well because of playstyle of that squad (but hey at least they have long coat uniforms which suits well with his imperial saber i gave him last event ) 
, radio or AT squad is the best place for him , or even sniper squad
I’ve put mine in my assault sniper squad. Because wrecking with mkbs, seeing the enemy is getting agitated and probably starting to hate my guts, then switching to that guy an keep wrecking… But with that old rifle (!) Is sometimes making them quit.
Trolling the right way is an art form.

Yeah it was a while ago - I have 2 x Pederson devices… silly thing is they count as a SMG, so tankers and pilots can have them - a full size M1903 Springfield with an awkward protruding magazine, but they cannot have an “ordinary” springfield… smh…
