I feel like this would be a very interesting shell, and give the 37mm a unique playstyle. Instead of trying to hit the ground with HE, you could be trying to aim directly at clusters of infantry. It could be a tradeoff between indirect fire HE or a more powerful direct fire option with the Canister.

76mm cannons should get wp smoke shells

Why? Wp is already overnerfed but i would look cool and be unique
because im gonna assume you can fit a lot more WP in a 76mm shell than a hand grenade, and we dont need US tankers teamkilling everybody on an objective with the fire or gas

But wp doesnt do any damage and dissapears in like 2 seconds. The flames are more dangerous than the gas itself. Normal HE would be much better in all ways

yeah, and a tank could keep firing shell after shell and choke out a point of people, friendly or not, at least tanks that mindlessly spam HE on a point wont actively impede your own team
