I love shotguns, and arm all my engineers level three or below with them. The more the merrier.
I’ll add about the Frolov gun or Frolovka. A collective name for Mosin (and not only Mosin) rifles converted to shotgun shells for hunting purposes.
I hope germany/Italy and the soviets get a non double barrel shot gun for their TT.

Clair Brothers Semiauto Shotgun
Unfortunately, most of these conversions have a 2 or 3-round magazine. (As if a double-barreled shotgun could do the same thing better)
However, I have come across mentions of extended magazines for such bolt-action shotguns.
But this is the only photo of a bolt-action shotgun with such a magazine that I was able to find.
This is french Chassepot rifle conversion.
The magazine of this one is bigger than the regular Mosin rifle. But I’m not sure about the capacity.
This is post war soviet Mauser 98k conversion.
