I played this game in the closed Beta, and spent 47€98 (in november 2020) in order to be able to play both factions.
I stopped the game when it has come in open Beta, and I just re-installed it today and … no rewards ?
Did I pay for nothing but the right to have access to an unfinished game that will later be free ?
If you’re gonna say that it was for supporting developpers, I know and that’s why I did it, but giving rewards doesn’t cost you any money, so … ?

they gave 15 days of premium on the first month, posters and if i recall correcly some gold. (?)
check your posters ingame if you have the veteran ones:
that was stated on the purchase page. pay go get early access to the closed beta and to deliver feedback of your testings/stated multiple times over multiple sources that the OBT progress would be removed after but said squads will stay “unique” and forever yours.
as a alpha player i didnt need to spend a single cent to play none of the beta tests, (i still did tho lmao) and still recieved everything right away- posters premium time, forum banner and i dont remmeber if they did gave gold or not. i cant remmenber correcly.
Don’t have the 15 days of premium, and no gold. Got the posters but I mean … 48€ …
Yeah that was stated I know but at least they could give us something worth the money we spent.
I don’t ask for lifetime premium battlepass, but some gold would be nice.
I mean I don’t want to spend any cent in a game when I already did for almost nothing (just posters, come on …).
It’s a shame, the game is nice.
there was no better reward than actually play/test and give feedback etc early.
that 40 euros still give you a squad no one can buy now and its yours forever !
You should be present on the time/when they gave the rewards

btw: there was no reward besides a “alpha tester” banner on foruns ,
for alpha testers , but the fact that we did play the game earlier/gave some feedback that was used, its more than rewarding.

Nah was not, pay to make the job of a game tester is not my kink, won’t make the same mistake again.
I will stay in the game, but I’ll never spend a cent in a Gaijin game again.
I highly doubt they ever said they were selling anything other than access to the game early, and a few odds and ends, which you presumably already received. If you got burned, its because you didn’t actually pay attention to what you were buying. Digital goods may be free to grant once created, but that hardly means that their creators have any obligation to just give you stuff they never promised you.
oh i want those posters <3 wish you could get something similar when you finish all the achievements or an certain stats

they never did promised a single reward
they just stated once on a forum answer they will consider a small reward for anyone that did participate as a “welcome” gift or something like that.

Hi, it was never stated that you would get additional rewards after the game launches. Instead you have a title, a unique poster and also 2 Squads which are equally to the T 34 Prototype and the Hermann Sherman in WT.
Alpha tester is the only one I really need. Tells others that I know what Im talking about here, because I’ve been here since the start.
My tunisia tester badge tells people that i make questionable financial decisions 
I only miss the fact that I lost out on a chance to get the wooden stock MP.
I loved backing the other games I was in for the neat stuff I got.

Those rewards were for the closed beta testers, the only thing unique for CAT was the alpha tester badge on this forum. No gold, No squad, No battle pass, no guns, no unique profile image or medals in game.
I guess some can say that playing the game early is a reward but compared to the rewards that the paid testers got, it’s dissapointing.
