Same problem but so far only on this Pacific map other 2 worked fine + one match on Berlin. So only 1 out of 4 had issue.
It happens randomly every minute or so, it drops my clocks and gpu usage to super low values for about 10secs and go back to up to 99% gpu usage with high clock
^ this is my usual framerate and gpu usage with clocks. I’m on rx 5700 xt + i7 7700k with the latest drivers. Also when there are plane explosion then my game stutters and drop to 0fps for split second.
Just in case you encounter again, please create .dap file with that: To create such a log you will need to start the game, enter a battle and press left ALT + F11 to enable or disable the log recording. When you see the performance drop you will need press F11 again(press only once). After that, in the folder with logs “logs~enlisted” the .dap file will appear. Devs really need this .dap file to solve the problem.

Should be fixed on each platforms since recent updates, if you still have problems, please make a cbr report
