Howdy yall…
Ok here we go. I recently have been encountering a freezing issue with the game every match, and also in practice. I have reinstalled the game several times, from both Steam and the website. My drivers are up to date, and my rig is more that capable of handling the game. I have checked my version of windows, DX12, etc and everything is good.
It is coinciding with a popup that says that my “CPU seems too slow for this launcher” and an occasional red error about DX12 trying to read the debug. My version is 0.6.6.68
Any Ideas?
We all have that problem. They just added a bunch of fancy Cinematic After Effects.
Try turning that off. That might help - maybe, perhaps; hopefully it stops crashing for you.

It seems like you would know to check this, but I’ve been having the same issue with my new Asus Zephyrus laptop; I checked the error codes from my crashes and it says it’s a memory leak, which could mean my RAM is bad. I’m in the process of getting them switched out. Have you checked that out?
