Also I just tried an pure PVE. It actually not that rewarding due to PVE is not that intense at score per min.
Except the numbers guys in Darkjin / Gaiflow always keep an eye on playersā earnings, because economy is the thing they are most concerned about. They want players, both free and premium, to keep a very specific average progression rate, as close as possibile to the ideal (for the company) calculated value.
Therefore, if people start stonking in custom battles, the company Is NOT gonna like It. It Is highly likely that earnings may end up being nerfed either in custom battles, or worse across the board.

Unfortunately, Iāve seen SIM mode in War Thunder (the only custom lobby mode with earnings there) ending up economically destroyed because of farmers, and Gaijin ādealingā with them by nerfing rewards for everyone, so that farming became the only way to earn at all.
Iāve seen similar things in a lot of other games, I expect a nerf at xp gain as early as tomorrow.
Or in exchange a higher Grind
Imo they will nerf xp gain in custom lobbies because of what @Serpiko82 said.
Although they should monitor what lobbies have similar average xp gain to normal matches and make them into semi oficial lobbies (like lone fighters are now) with 100% xp gain.
but on war thunder it was the problem of farmers with multi accounts, here is more the fact that they give you the possibility to create single player lobbies, they could also create for this problem a pve mode like on wargaming games with half of experience earned and voila problem solved

From the screenshots Iāve seen here and from friends in the custom games it is pretty much just normal gains and should be fine.
Iām sure thereāll be outliers, but as of right now I canāt see an issue.
Though this could change in the future once people optimize their shit lol
i just created a single lobby and i understood the problem, it does require any nerf,no!, why?, i just like omer, i started a map with standard squad rules, result no one entered, then recreated it but with teams mixed, result they entered 7, so if players donāt want a battle with standard rules ok but I donāt see why I canāt play the map I like, with standard rule, even if itās full of bots, lobbies work!
I hope youāre right and earnings stay acceptable for both players and devs.
@_31420124242011 he is right, I did the math, a f2p (no premium) that plays well can Earn about 30.000xp / 40.000xp (my minimum) per hour with random games, with costum lobbies is the same even if you have to play more games, I have I did a game at omer in 12 minutes with only bots for 8000xp, so if with two or three random games I would do at least 30.000xp, with lobbies, vs bots I would need at least 4 or 5 games, the amount of xp per hour is the same (based on my performance) so itās the same
Itās already 50% of xp, you barely get xp higher than score if you play longer than 10min. And yet someone asks to nerf it lol.
Anyone knows how many players are needed to reduce the nerf? I guess based on previous non custom matches that this system was already in place, but now at least we know how many bots there are.
it was lowered long ago when they decided not to count the score anymore, now the experience of the soldiers is used to calculate xp, in short the more squads you use, the more you kill, the more you die, the more experience you gain, simple, and then there is the time that it must be longer than 10 minutes to start getting a small passive experience boost that increases the more time passes
