Well after the next update this 2 planes will probably take the biggest hit since people given real money for them will be good to consider moving them to BR III unless you are planning to separate every BR. There is also some tech tree planes that also can be lowered since they will also be in a very bad BR like G 55 Falcone can be moved to BRIII:

I mean they will probably fly as fast as jet planes anyways…
Its not only how they fly also the fire power and jet planes will be around 800km/h so its not exactly as fast the Ki 61 is 580 something against a 800 km plane good luck resupplying and the P-63A-10 has really bad fire power against other planes so It will be very hard to shoot down this new Jet planes with this plane.
Oh? I admit i dont have this in enlisted, but in warthunder the p-63 wrecks other planes
Well here is OK plane for BR IV but its not very good dog fighter and really lacks firepower against other planes if you got lucky cannon hit its easier but the slow cannon really is not made to fight other planes better forget you have it in a plane vs plane combat unless you are fighting some very slow plane.
