Yeah, so… I know some of you are aware that I was making plans for a Commonwealth weapons and vehicles suggestion post series, and that I would start specificly with rifles, and that I’ve been working on it for a month (summer time activities leaves little room to write, hence the long time, especially when I only write posts when I have the writers urge to do so)…
Well, after todays down-maintanance of the forums my entire draft is gone, it was almost ready too I thought I’d release it this Friday…
So yeah, expect a slight delay as I redo all my writing, image gathering and parts of my research that I didn’t write down seperately… it’s still coming I’m just feeling quite burned out right now after loosing all my progress…

Dude you dont know how many of my draft were lost due to me being inactive or not making progress on draft for too long , I always save my draft in a Word document outside forum in case that happens
Tell me about that , though I’ve been burned because it takes too long of time to write a good suggestion and then it will just be ignored especially if its about uniforms (I.e my topic about Japanese Paratrooper uniforms (The uniforms in game are wrong , yet no acknowledgement)

I should probably begin doing something similar, I usually just keep my notes and research seperate, clearly that’s not a long term solution…

Beside the point but if you want interesting SF rifle for your Commonwealth faction I can suggest 2 cool weapons .
First being= M1 Garand modified to fire automatically by BEF(Was made for tests but it was concluded that average soldier will miss most of the shots in full auto IINM Jonathan Ferguson in his video mentions it’s estimate fire rate but I can’t remember it )
2-From same tests by BEF a fully automatic ZH-29 ( it was developed in 1939 on request of the BEF for testing in France along with a modified M1 Garand. The converted M1 still exists at the Royal Armouries collection (Video above), but I am not sure that the converted ZH 29 still exists though in video above Jonathon also talks about it and its fire rate) (You can find designs here for the rifle)

Also I’ve heard from very trusted friend of mine that a modified Johnson rifle was tested but then again Jonathan doesent mention it in his video , that makes me skeptical.
