people wouldn’t sort to seek for hidden datas and stuff.
or like, lack of guides and stuff.
as it goes for leaks part,
as much i have no sympathy for leakers,
i can see why they would do that to keep people interested in these gray and stale days. and they clearly did a better job than some people.
…if they bother to translate and type here. which they most likely wont as the enlisted community proved itself to be too toxic for any serious/high quality posting.
I think that a good way to avoid these situations is for the devs to keep their community informed about any news within the game periodically, but they don’t do that, they barely give news with little or no importance and just disappear like that… in the absence of that, some people take it upon themselves to filter things to give the community that interest that is little by little lost.
Although I do not support this practice, the only culprit I find for all this is the development team itself.
the forum moderation is slowy becoming a kind of “secret police”… seems that transparency is a concept that DF dont understand even if this game is 8 years old one…
btw you DF what you were expecting??? if want to avoid leaks do the leaks yourself but is to much asking tbh
main idea and probably part of the programation and mechanics was done at that moment
but lets say that it was just a teaser, even with that DF didint even took a minute on all those 8 years to do the things exactly as it were promoted on the teaser…
but this is not the main point of this conversation, the point is that this proyect is old but again, lots of ppl including you belive that this game is less that 4-5 years when is more than that even the game is promoted like a new game when the concept is even older
Ordinary servers used by players. 2. Development and testing servers shared by players and developers. 3. Internal testing servers used by the development team and some testers. 4. Secret servers for various departments of the development team. (May exist)
This post does not involve servers 1 and 2.
This is a warning about the cracking and leaking of server 3 and the hacking of server 4.
i think the problem you should focus on is making the developer servers actually secure, how is it possible for any random people to just connect to it? does Darkflow not know what a whitelist even is?
