Soviets already have the highest dmg dealing BA.
you ignore dispersion when you mention uragan, it has the largest spread parameter, which is almost the same as that of the trimmed ppsh. The developers have already made its parameters balanced for br 2, and if you want to transfer it to br 3, you should reduce the spread from 0.81 to 0.53, similar to zk383.

Yea… But take in count the damage over the distances aswell by just moving a couple meters You can easily anolate that 0.1 and unless u are very very close You Will still need 3 shoots and i’m not Even talking in count the armor

Kinda interesting that it’s parameters indicate high dispersión when in Game the dispersión is absolute non existent for some kind of reason basically Uragan is like a mini láser on br 2 but well k agree maybe it’s dispersión could be upgrated to 0.7 0.6 to complete with ZK
Ofc you dont play with armor, but take in count the other players you will see ninja turtles 99% of time so well all you´ve showed me is the fact that u dont use it, so what abt the rest???

Well playing a lot of BR3 soviets and germans, I see a lot of it, especially today with the event, there was a massive crowd that went to BR soviets to cycle smgs.
But yeah it shouldnt be BR4, its an iconic weapon and deserves to be BR3, however its dispersion needs a nerf, I mean its a laser beam atm. You can use it as a full auto sniper if you get a good position, was using it like that on tractor factory, firing 3 to 5 round bursts, getting a kill each time.
