Theres plenty of people that have mentioned this glitch taking affect in games and its annoying. When trying to cross a open area and it happens I just stare at my screen hoping I dont get annihilated for having such bad luck with the common glitch. Some people says it has to do with connection to the server while I expect it to be a multiple button being pressed because when im running ( pressing shift) while going forward ( pressing w ) and then decided to charge it does the glitch but if I stop running and then decided to do the charge it goes smoothly with no problems. I expect the game thinks youre trying to stab someone in front of you so it does the attack when in fact youre trying to charge.
They are gaslighting us that it’s “not a bug” and “they can’t replicate it” which is obviously a lie.

they can’t replicate it because they dont play enough matches to have it happen to them last time I played br5 allies it happened when using the t20 and its so common for me I just ignore it since the game clearly wants me to walk to the point/ cover

This bug strikes me in almost every game and annoys me to no end. Somewhere, I recently read or heard the theory that it’s related to ping and that may believable. Based on my location (near Seattle) my ping is never better than 100. Even if I wait for the “Hold XXX to charge” text (or whatever it says), I get the issue VERY often. It’s annoying as hell.

I literally just did the glitch the game started and tried charging and I got stopped I’ll see if I can do it again in the same game. I only managed it once but so far its once per game

Do you ever charge with bayonet, axe or sword? If yes, and you aren’t familiar with this bug, maybe you could share what your typical ping is (for the science).
for the recent game I played ( match 1 ) Al Har East invasion at basically 38 seconds it happens but only managed to do it on the start of the match the rest of the match it was fine. the second match Hurlgen Forest I managed to do it at 42 seconds but I was also spamming the charge run so I really can’t count it even tho it happened. the third game I just played it happened three times once at around 4:10, at 5:05 but I was switching weapons and spamming it so I wouldnt count that but it did occur and the last one at 11:45. the last match was Power Plant North all 3 games were back to back. basically it would look like a finishing bayonet attack and make you walk slowly for a few seconds until it lets you do it again

Same here common issue for myself. Sometimes up to 3 times in a row, yet never more than that surprisingly. I’ve now made it an inside joke to myself that when it happens I say, or think, “let’s go for the turkey” after the second time in a row, in reference to getting three strikes in bowling being referred to as a “turkey”.
For anyone wondering I play from Australia, I play all servers so my ping is anywhere from 180-300 per game depending on region, plus I have it set up regardless of nation, that they have a melee weapon or bayonet to charge and traverse the battlefield quicker.

Sure - not often, but I use it every day a few times, and my ping is minimum of 200.
We’ll remind about it thanks, yeah it’s an extremely annoying bug
