As a Firefly owner I will disagree with you: its post pen is so bad, that it cant even rival German BR4 tanks.
is wrong put it as counter of the T44, In performance the panther F isn’t even close to a tiger 2, but yes it should be event or premium because isn’t even better than The other TT panthers
But anyway if the t44 is added then I want the panther II

I would buy a second one should it return - the question is tho if it would be a separate Jagdpanther or the same.
They said they wanted to rework the vehicle somehow, other visuals or something.
Anyways I love my Jagdpanther despite it having no advantage over the Tiger IIH - still its my favourite WW2 vehicle I am a huge fan.

The regular T-44 is very comparable to the Panther F, sure it has better mobility but it also gets a weak cannon that cannot pen the Tiger II H frontally.
The T-44-100 is the Panther II equivalent if we look at the paper one with the 88mm cannon.

I believe one day we are gonna see those vehicles because i doubt dev stop adding stuff in BRV, my only question is what Americans can get who isn’t go to be much OP to be used aganaist Japanese

Firefly is a great counter to tiger 1. Not much else, even with its great pen. (How fitting for the “tiger killer”)
As you say low post pen damage, weak chasis (is a br 3 chasis) and a really unstable gun. Rocks so badly.
I still love it but yeah…it not a br 5 tank

Technically we talk about the F/G because German was low on resources they mixed the hull of the F and the turrets of the G, and just for testing the hull of the G with the turret of the F

Well we have T34 100, Panther F as an event tank wouldn’t be crazy at all - especially considering that it would still be worse than Tiger II H - just a more mobile alternative, but with less firepower.

Oh true - no overlaying gun mantlet with turret armor - but 120mm instead of 100mm + double on some spots means its consistently stronger but overall weaker.
The 100mm frontal armor should still matter tho right?

I mean what wrong with having Panther F in game even as tech tree unlock I mean it not worse than Ho-ri III with sloped armor which was not even the Ho-ri model that Japanese were planning to make

Well I simply think that Japan should be the exception - since unlike Germany which has sooo many real vehicles to choose from, Japan needs those rare prototypes.
