I like big fat bombs… creates big craters.
Very difficult to miss a tank with a stuka, and a big 500kg. Wish there’d be bigger ones just because of the giant craters it’d cause (but it’s probably a terrible idea!)

This must be because even 109 carries 4 bombs and annihilates planes easily. And all other planes except biplane have 250, that is more than enough to spam without aiming, while soviets don’t have anything better than 100 kilograms in mid-late tiers.
for what you need any bombs when your ~1kg HE filled firecracker rockets does the same job but more efficiently ?

Its nice and all that but at the end I was glad when I got Bf110 in Tunisia.
Its better at pretty much anything.

I prefer it too. It’s much faster for one, and can regain altitude more easily for two, and for three, it can defend itself a little bit in dogfights.
Bit harder to hit tanks with it if you’re new to flying… but someone used to it, will never miss with the twin 250kg.
I’m glad someone here is able to catch on my veeery slight subtle innuendo

Pretty much as Soviet planes, especially as German planes have next to no armor.
Only attackers.
If 50kg is enough to annilate better armored tanks, then 100kgs and rockets should be enough for tanks that can all be penned by ATRs through the front with ease.

250-500 should be enough for me.
Well speaking of destroying tanks, with those 250-500kg bombs you can kill maximum of 2 tanks before rearm.
While the first sovjet biplane has 8 rockets either capable to destroy 8 or 4 tanks before rearm, depending does it shoot them in pairs cba to check.

16, 1 rocket per 2 tanks.
All German and Soviets have 50kg bombs and Soviets have one with rocket so I dont know why superior Soviets cant kill Panzer IIs with plane.
I forgot. The flying sponge was definitly some Bf109 and not the IL2.
If you can kill tanks with 4x 50kg bombs but not with 4-6x 100kg bombs and rockets…
Dunno. Im just trying to figure out the logic behind not being able to kill with 4-6x 100kg bombs and rockets but with 4x 50g bombs.

Yep, should replace german ones with 50s.
I also have no idea why germans need so many 250 and 500s if they are fine with 4 50s.
