When it comes to WW2, ya right, fair enough.
It still blows me away that development slows down more and more as time goes on with this game
Its actually absurd and I think contributed massively to the complete decline of the playerbase

I don’t think the playerbase is declining, you can see the steam charts showing enlisted being overall rather consistent with players and only getting surges when I assume an event or update releases.
Of course this does not account for console players or people outside of steam, but, still
I don’t think Enlisted is doing a good job at retaining veteran players, I know a lot of really talented people who just do not play any more, but regardless there are new players continuing to download and try the game and I do not see any trend pointing towards an immediate downward spiral

We don’t have any information on players besides the steam charts but based data from replays and statistics shared by DF at start of the year, the playerbase is increasing.
Though I might be wrong about this but the playerbase seemed to peak in 2023 and the game now is slowly climbing back so there is still room for improvements.
Not declining, just not growing.
