Whenever I see Japanese weapons with sources provided, I like to pretend that said sources are just pure made up gobbledygook, but none of the devs speak or read any Japanese and they’re to greedy to hire translators so they just accept it because “it looks legit”.

Just a funny fantasy of mine, sorry if I blew your cover.

It’s minimal, but Model A has a 50 rounds per minute higher rate of fire. But I don’t think it’s necessary to say how bad Japan is with content, so even these machine guns are very valuable for us.

My favorite is this post where NonNational confused bullet speed and rate of fire.

I really don’t think it would be good to put nearly 2 identical guns into the tech tree unless more liberties are taken with the other stats such as dispersion

Oh…
Of course they should be added to some events, do you remember when was the last event dedicated to Japan? And even then, they turned out to be just captured Thompsons (a very boring and dull reward), last time (somewhere in the fall of 2023) they were useless planes with supposedly napalm. In general, it would be very cool to issue a squad of six or five machine gunners with one of the machine guns in some event.
