[Tank Squads]
Currently, tank squads can only select authorized vehicles, so if the same squad is targeted despite a short interval since the previous vehicle implementation, such as the Moscow and Normandy implemented in this quarter’s update, the already implemented squad vehicles will lose their meaning. Also, past tank squads will no longer be used as outdated. Please take measures to allow implemented vehicles to be equipped in other squads. Infantry firearms are slotted so that they can be used by any squad. However, squads dealing with tanks will remain with fixed slot types. Squadrons dealing with aircraft are not presented for consideration, as the types of aircraft themselves are few.
[Engineering Squads]
Apart from this, I would like to see the ability to exchange upgrades for higher species in the weapons that can be built, like the anti-tank guns used by the engineers and the anti-aircraft guns that are already being prepared for improvement.[example: Pak38→Pak40. M-42→Zis-3.]

So you mean, that if a tank gets destroyed, you can use the same squad but with another tank? while the other is like, being repaired or something like that?

I read it as… when you achieve Tanker II you can equip Tanker II level tanks to Tanker I level squads - like weapons behave. Earn FG42 II and you can equip it on squads at low level.

As for the content, as someone above explained.
The idea is to make the extra vehicles available to the tank squads that have been acquired so far. With a squad [tank squad III], you would put in a powerful vehicle, right? If you want to complement it with another squad [tank squad II], it means that you can equip it with a vehicle that is not in squad III.

No, because you will spam T-34s
However what the devs should do is let you chose what tank you want during battle that the current squad you are using has access to.
So in the case of the screenshot you showed you could use T-28E, die and wait till the squad is available again and swap tanks to T-34 or keep using T-28E

The T-34 Spam is strong in tank-to-tank battles, but I do not prefer to use the T-34, which is difficult to see in close combat, urban battles, etc. Currently I play with T-50 and T-28E.
I would like to see the same vehicle not be available until the same squad is restored.
This is a Soviet tank squadron, but a German tank squadron could be used.
I would like to be able to use the same vehicle in squad III with Pz4F2, in squad II with Pz4F1, in squad I with Pz3J1, and so on.
