Yes. Microsoft Store (for PC) is a new feature though, and Microsoft accounts can be used on both platforms (cross-progression).

Thanks for the clarification, what a bizarre things ngl, however I wont complain about consoles getting some love, they do normally get the short end of the stick.
Unrelated question, but this thread is less of a shitshow than the other one, but do you know when we can expect BR changes next? Namely for all the SMGs atm, in particular at BR3 and below.

Is there any plan for adding cross-progression?
I do have game pass but I 800hr progression with my gaijin account.
so I have a xbox account active with game pass does this mean I qualify for it even tho im using steam to launch the game?
Not from what I understand, only if your using a microsoft account for it.

lame lol. well at least xbox can transfer their console account to pc if they choose to do it hopefully play station players gets something similar as well

pc game pass has other games you can play if you dont have them its just a small reward to enlisted players for getting it
