My suggestion is to always queue for the same br with all factions - that way you usually seem to end up on the weaker side and then to win those games you have to usually play in a very dynamic way and adapt fast. Downsides are you often will have to carry and sometimes you get a team made of neutronium so dense not even superman could lift it. But then those matches can be your chillmaxing ones as you just write it off mentally, hop into a plane and try to strafe tanks and infantry and just practice lol
